1 Closely work with plant mgr to develop plant labor HC and cost budgets to support new program launch and relative business;2 Set-up HR operation process and policy for new plant with the help of HRSS;3 Assist the Site Manager in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives.4 Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level.5 Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes. 6 Guarantee working conditions in compliance with policies.7 Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.8 Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Faurecia Excellence System. 9 Report relevant HR information to the Division.10 Implement Staffing Review;
