I started the the mortgage industry In 1997! My career started in the mortgage title business for 4yrs. As I continued to advance my knowledge and experience I decided to take a position with a mortgage lender, reviewing Hud-1's for purchases and refinances, making sure all fees were correct according to compliance and the title companies balanced based on the wire amount. As I continued to learn the industry I decided to become a mortgage loan processor. Landing my 1st processing job as a processor for all BCD loans. As I progressed in the industry I decided to move on to a wholesale mortgage lender with responsibilities of processing, ordering title, ordering appraisals, and termites, collecting necessary stips for closing, submitting to UW'ing, preparing closing documents for refinances and purchases (80/20 combo days), preparing TIL's and notes for DSHA 1st time Home Buyer programs, ordering funds for disbursement on our warehouse line and helping with investor purchasing. I have continually succeeded with my career. As I moved forward I have the honor of being a processing manager, VP of processing and while managing and processing a pipeline of my own which has contained anywhere from 30-100 loans I have additionally earned 7 awards 4 of them being processor of the year which is based on units closed! I'm very dedicated to my work and what I do, I live and breath this business. And now I'm once again on a different side of the industry! "Do What You Love And Love What You Do!"
