Responsible for the overall execution and governance of the change agenda of ING Challengers & Growth Asia, starting with the Philippines. This includes strategic investments and prioritization for various functions (e.g. Products, Technology, Partnerships.), optimizing processes and establishing frameworks to measure progress and benefits realization..

Responsible for implementation of the technology road map for Asia Pacific for Enterprise Supply Chain (Contract to Pay). Responsible for ensuring standards are implemented through business process re-engineering. Responsible for right location strategy or work migration where possible.

- Operates as the Philippine lead for HP in the BPO CRM business.- Handles Pursuits for the center- Ensure proper Transition and transformation for all accounts coming in to the center.Service Management- Ensure that all operational reporting (SLAs, KPIs) are produced and analyzed for each of the functions which will be used for all required scorecards.

• Establishes and maintains relationships with key tactical leaders and business implementation leads. Influences overall Resource Management and business planning; engages in strategic business planning. - Communicates.
• Represents the needs of the business, function, or geography on an ongoing basis to maintain consistent plans between Resource Management and the business.
• Identifies areas where the business, function, or geography can take advantage of standard IT solutions. Drives for adoption of standard solutions.
• Actively participates in projects to ensure that business, function, and geography "customers" are included appropriately and ensures that they receive sufficient and timely communications.
• Establishes processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives. Contributes to enterprise-wide solutions that impact multiple businesses, functions, and/or countries. Contributes in a significant way.
• Develop the short term and long term partner sourcing and vendor management.

• I managed clients from banking and finance, telecoms and insurance industries in Asia Pacific. I was also directly reporting to the GM & VP Operations and CEO. I mange performance issues and ensures quality in each.
• Manage all communication between the organization and clients
• Initiate, develop and implement strategic and operational plans to facilitate continuous performance improvement for the clients.
• Full budgetary responsibilities for accounts (PNL, forecasting revenue).
• Working knowledge in contract reviews, budget and statistical analysis and P&L management for technology.
• Serve as point of escalation for client concerns.
