Community Manager
Current- Manages over 850 homes in support of military personnel stationed at Fort Benning, GA
- Ability to assess critical or emergency situations, make calm and sound business judgments’ and respond to situations when management support is not immediately available
- Coordinate the hiring, training, completion, and conducting performance evaluations for all staff at the management office, recommending salary increases, and when required counseling, disciplining and terminating.
- Physically walks and inspects community on a regular basis; checks on vacant homes
- Ensures that lease files are complete, and that completion of leases is being executed properly
- Maintains records on all aspects of management activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Submits required reports to the Director
