Oversee day to day operations of 300 + public housing homes. Provide supervisory responsibilities to assigned administrative and maintenance personnel. Determine eligibility for current and future Public Housing Authority (PHA) participants.Serve on behalf of housing authority in participating in court mediations and trails for lease violation, and prepare eviction correspondence, sworn statements, written analysis, and explanation of findings. Process invoice and requisitions. Responsible for purchasing process with-in assigned area. Also, procure outside contractors as needed and maintain inventory control. Assist in the compilation of annual budget with-in work area. Manage the daily operations of Public Housing Authority (PHA) office, including: workplace safety, inventory, and the upkeep of PHA homes. Ensure all maintenance request and repairs are addressed and resolved promptly. Conduct housekeeping inspections and also home visits. Performed unit viewings to eligible clients and assist with leasing units in a timely matter when needed. Coordinate all leasing activities including: applicant screening, rent collection/posting delinquency, lease enforcement, lease termination, reasonable accommodation and housekeeping inspections. Inspect single family and multi-family to ensure compliance with HUD regulations. Direct and analyze physical and fiscal operations of assigned properties. Process and approve employee weekly time, and also paid time off. Respond to resident emergency calls 24 hours a day.
