● Correspond with customers during the construction process of their new custom pool build and landscaping. These pools were large scale pools some three stories high. ● Reviewed construction contracts- Plans and addendums to ensure all materials are accurate for the build or install. ● Helped customers choose their selections for Tile, grout, pavers, interior finish color and type. ● Conversed with Builder Superintendents, county inspectors, project managers, and internal schedulers. ● Coordinated all phases of the construction build of the swimming pool and landscaping of the yard per city codes. ● Scheduled all county and city inspections after building phases were complete. ● Advised Homeowner/ Builder of payment due. ● Scheduled the startup and Orientation of the pool. Answer phones. Problem solving of escalated issues. Very fast pace stessful enviroment and I loved it.
