The role is defined as supply chain business partner covering both demand and supply planning, and be responsible to coordinate E2E supply Chain including plants/shipping/Import/warehouse/QA for problem solving.• As the demand planning, we own the whole S&OP process including the topics: calendar year FCST alignment, supply risk assessment, NPD progress, and slow-moving stocks clearance business with related functions Finance BP/Business Head/commercial team/Market.• As supply planning, we keep routine tracking order delivery schedule and proactively explored opportunities in current work processes to eliminate losses. Meanwhile to balance the Inventory level and Service.

Be responsible for the supply planning of Candy & Gum Business (25% weight of whole China) including 3 functions: Master Supply, Material supply, Regional supply allocations.• Establish effective, collaborative relationships with cross-functions(Demand, Logistic, Import, Plant, Marketing, Sales)• Keep continuously improvement on planning process to drive KPI target on CFR/wastage /DIOH.• Effective talent management including team work allocation, performance support, thus achieving peak productivity and performance.• Inspire team and provide opportunity for team capability build up, and target assignment to team member.
