• Conceptualize, plan and present quarterly sales campaigns to promote products/services and partnerships, encourage software updates and professional services, and expand on learning opportunities with ‘lunch and learn’.
• Responsible for targeting new partnerships, business and revenue opportunities
• Build and manage relationships with Partners and key stakeholders across the company and client network
• Customer Success advocate; first point of contact for all client base for problem solving and resolution
• Responsible for A/R collections, reconcile and resolve billing and contract disputes
• Managed the sales order cycle, sales operating procedures and contract execution; additionally responsible for approving contract terms and conditions on all partner/referral and new client contracts

• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and R&D business groups to support and track business trends in Channels
• Full ownership of customer relationship for entire client lifecycle upon initial contract execution.
• Monitor and submit quarterly reports and analytics for executive use to evaluate Channel activities that measure ROI and to proactively enforce each Partners contract terms with regards to sales and support agenda(s)
• Reconcile complex billing histories and fee schedules
• Provide leadership in Sales and Revenue Recognition with a quarterly analysis and recommendations on sales, contract and renewal terms
• Manage A/R aging and balances in excess of $12M quarterly
