•Lead the FMCG sales team of 4 and own the full P&L.•Develop sales target, strategy and team structure, and lead execution to deliver the on-target performance (50% year-over-year for Jan-May).•Identify the emerging business opportunity and engage business development to grow the new business.•Collaborate with the internal functional departments of editorial & marketing to lead the advertising projects & co-branding events.•Provide training and coaching the sales staffs and direct the team to achieve the sales target.
