Administer electrocardiograms (EKG). Administer prophylactic injections and child and adult vaccinations.Clerical duties; including answering 6-line phone system, check-in and check-out patients, schedule and re-schedule appointments for a clinic that accepts sick walk-in’s all day long. Complete physician to physician referrals, including Tricare referrals. Complete Prior Authorizations, including Tricare. Monitor and schedule drug sales representative whereabouts and luncheons. Request and respond to STAT physician needed records on patients that are in the office.Order supplies for front and back office. Order supplies, medications, and vaccines for lab.
