Regional Soil Health Specialist For Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska And Oklahoma
CurrentPromoting soil health in multiple states on a national team that focuses on the collaborative efforts of partners within each state with the Natural Resource Conservation Service. NRCS is looking to get more soil health adopted by promoting soil health management systems that involve synergism through the use of complex crop rotations, no-till, cover crops and sustainable ag inputs to the system. Partners will include community colleges, producers, soil and water conservation districts, non governmental entities and government partners as well to promote the use of soil health management systems.
