I have served over 30 years with the Department of the Army. That is combined total; 23 years active duty with the Army and going on close to 10 years with the Department of the Army. I continually strive to do things that take me out of my comfort zone. I have found that these situations are when I tend to thrive! I equally love adventure; experiencing new things that help me grow as an individual. Three years ago, I was blessed to have found a couple of different businesses that allows me to do the things I love most; mentor, motivate, teach and travel. Owning my own businesses, I have been to some pretty AMAZING places, saved and earned and these business models have allowed me to meet the most wonderful people; all while still serving our country as a civilian employee (this time). I strive to find others, like me, who want more while giving of themselves more.I have experience as a Master Instructor and writer for the United States Army Military Police School (USAMPS) for the Anti-Terrorism Officer Basic and Advance Course of the Force Protection Training Division (FPTD). I serve as a USAMPS and TRADOC law enforcement (LE) and Force Protection subject matter expert. I am a problem solver. I recommend solutions to problems which affect training and doctrine, policies and regulations. I keep up with the trends of this profession by staying abreast of changes in technology, training methodologies, civilian and military Force Protection (FP) industry as well as global events which effect the safety and security of our Armed Forces. I am a training developer; developed and assisted in the development and validation of course management documents and training materials; everything from lesson plans to computer based and assisted instruction, and multimedia products.
