Responsible for own-brand product marketing, new user acquisition, B2B2C;Website building and SEO audit: Building a website via Shopify from 0 to 1, creating large digital catalog, design and SEO strategy for website traffic;Paid Promotion: collaborating with KOC and generate UGC content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and increase brand awareness;Own Media: Managing social media accounts and website, create social calendar considering product launch and seasonal promotion, doing A/B test for content ideas;Market Research: Doing category research, competitor analysis and customer analysis, working closely with product development team and e-commerce team for international product selection;

Responsible for local B2B marketing strategy;Work closely with local sales, product team to ensure workflow and business target; Develop marketing materials such as company intro, brochure, flyer, demo room etc. by local marketing needs;Planning and support brand promotion events such as online webinar, fair, events, open day, etc.Collect, track and analyze competitor and market trend;Maintain online brand presence such as official website, social media, press release.

-Execute the exhibition planning, prepare all necessary materials for the exhibition, participate in 2021 Asian Financial Forum, and communicate with potential investors and collaborative partners in English;-Participate in market development, collect market information, analyze market demand and competitive products, organize them into Excel sheets, and make PPT of business plan;-Explore customer needs and assist in providing customized solutions, follow up the business of Hong Kong customers, and make door-to-door visits to customers;

-Responsible for communication with foreign customers, preparation of customs declaration materials, and operation of ERP system to complete orders, get familiar with the process of export trade.-Common international etiquette and cross-cultural communication get enhanced by receipting foreign customers for many times, acting as their accompanying interpreter, and guiding customers to visit the company
