Va-Cbo-Workforce Management

• Represent and serve as point of contact for organization at local CBO functions and other internal and external collaborative with limited supervision • Coordinate Worklife teams by providing guidance and instruction with expertise in the wellness scope of practice • Develop new and creative programs to encourage employees to improve overall health, work performance and production of organization needs• Monitor and analyze programs engagement and performance to develop recommendations for leading management • Maintain tracking log and files for wellness program planned activities and events• Develop and translate written Standard Operation Procedures for technical review• Train and counsel employees on specific wellness program procedures• Organize, coordinate and interact with employees and internal/external collaborates while providing specified wellness program events and activities that influence employee health • Identify and track statistical data to analyze and measure program and organization effectiveness using metric formation and benchmark perspective• Educate new and old employees on the guidelines and values of healthy lifestyle habits• Develop and present wellness program PowerPoint with professionalism• Create and write correspondence, memorandums and letters to all employees and outside community resources in professional manner
