As co-chair for the Northwest chapter of JLL's Women's Business Network, it is my job to carry on the goal of the Employee Resource Group to "empower a culture of gender partnership to attract, develop, and retain the best women in the marketplace" along with my co-chair and committee members. It is our responsibility to connect our women in the NW from the Bay Area to Portland & Seattle (over 500 members strong across the region) in providing events & activities that help our women enrich their business & personal lives. With charity events like "Dress for Success" and "Girls on the Run" as well as partnering with local organizations like the Boys & Girls Club and Oasis SF, we are giving back to the community in an effort to create a better future for women and girls. We also join forces with our female clients and put on one event a year that they are able attend to enhance their skills/career advancement/leadership/networking, etc. A big part of JLL's Diversity & Inclusion programs include our other ERGs as well. Our chapter is very active in engaging with all of our ERGs in order to help remove barriers and create advantages for all.

I support the 17 National Accounts that are managed out of the Silicon Valley Office. This includes day to day needs, database management, technology assistance (extranet site creation, managing, and maintaining), new initiatives, benchmarking studies and much more. I am also the onsite Business Unit Coordinator for our sales database (CRM) as well as providing first response IT troubleshooting, Additionally, I plan, manage, and coordinate our internal office events such as the Summer Event and Holiday party.

The Women of CoreNet Committee provides programs that promote career and personal development; educate our members, engage our diverse membership, and provide networking opportunities for sharing ideas, stories and experiences.The committee secures speakers, panelists, and industry experts for each program. We coordinate logistics for each event including: venues, speakers, AV, refreshments, parking, communication, and registration.

We connect corporate real estate, workplace and employee experience-oriented professionals to advance knowledge, promote personal excellence and add value to each individual and their respective enterprises.We accomplish this through facilitating and sponsoring a variety of diversified programs and initiatives that provide members educational and networking opportunities.

At Staubach, I supported 5-6 top producing brokers on a daily basis. This included processing expenses, closing out completed deals, creating presentations, market surveys, editing proposals, updating status reports and much more. I was also responsible for assisting the entire office with any IT problems they had (including phones, printers, handhelds, etc), managing the marketing flyers & database list, training new admins on all procedures & tasks, and planning, budgeting, and managing internal events while assisting with client events.While at TSC, I created a Market Survey excel template that was linked with formulas throughout the worksheets which allowed the admins to complete a tour package in half the time, giving them the ability to turn around more projects at a quicker pace and increased efficiency across the region.The Staubach Company was acquire by Jones Lang LaSalle in July 2008

At Baltimore Technologies, I was responsible for three key areas, assisting the Director of Marketing for the Americas, managing the office on a day to day basis, and assisting with tradeshow events.At the start of my employment, I was the Office Manager and I managed the Director's calendar, processed expenses & invoices, coordinated travel for the entire marketing group & IT members on a frequent basis, and managed the move of the entire office due to a growth of 5 to 25 employees.After 6 months, I was promoted to Marketing Associate and added on new duties to my current ones. Those included managing tradeshow inventory to & from events including giveaways, booths, and promotional material, coordinating with marketing team on needs for traveling seminars, and on-site assistance with events in San Francisco & Orlando
