Secured funding and led planning for implementing Guidewire ClaimCenter. Led the agile methodology implementation and established Production Operations team to support the claim systems rollout.

Led the North American consulting practice for 40+ team members implementing the company's logistics application. Turned around largest customer for the Visibility product to retain the customer and continue to onboard new EDI relationships for that customer.

Led the product management team for the introduction of a new security and performance product. Acquired a Software Quality Assurance firm and incorporated the products and services into the base Cogentric product. Led the consulting practice to deliver Software Quality Assurance services for large medical management software company including process improvement to their end to end software delivery lifecyle. This enabled them to introduce their new product to the marketplace on time and meeting their customer quality expectations.

Led the Oracle, eBusiness and Enterprise architecture practices for the organization with responsibility for sales, delivery and resource management. Responsible for collaborating with customers and my teams to develop solutions and implement for customers. Led a highly successful Oracle Applications team developing Oracle solution proposals and then delivering successful customer outcomes and revenue to the consulting organization.
