I gained the responsibility of training other employees, overseeing the day-to-day operations, and being consulted with about advertising and inventory. During the 2015 tax season I was promoted to district manager and was responsible for 13 stores and everything involving the employees in those stores. Began with the company as a sales/customer service agent. My responsibilities were to contact potential clients with estimates on car shipping needs, sign them up for the service, gather billing information, and provide customer service. I was soon promoted to the CEO’s assistant where my duties were to help with payroll, training new employees, dispatching trucks, providing routes for drivers, quality assurance, and any other duties that were needed of me.

Started out as a sales agent, but was quickly given the added responsibility of a presenter/podium speaker. On the sales side my job duties include greeting guests, taking surveys, filling out contracts, and taking payments as needed. As a podium speaker I am required to educate the guests about our product in a clear and concise manner, help to facilitate the sale, and answer any questions the guests may ask.
