With over 15 years of glocal work in various industries, I am a strategic and pragmatic HR leader with extensive experience within the dynamic FinTech environment. Proven ability to partner with senior leadership across global and regional functions to develop and implement actionable strategies that drive talent management, employee engagement, enables business transformations, develops people and champions change. I have a deep understanding of the SEA regional HR landscape, with fluency in Mandarin and English. I currently head the People, Culture, and Corporate Services function at AXS, a FinTech company that provides digital payment solutions in Singapore.In my role, I am responsible for building and executing a cohesive people agenda that aligns with the business needs and the changing environments. I collaborate with functional teams and business leaders to deliver strategic and tactical plans that enhance organisational and people effectiveness. I also leverage my credentials as a certified Adult Learning Trainer, Insights Discovery Practitioner, Scrum Master, Design Thinking and Lean Six Sigma to foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
