2017 - Western Sydney University Kingswood Campus Building Z School of Computing, Engineering & Mathematics - Refurbishment & Extension This project involves the partial demolition, extension and refurbishment of an existing engineering and infrastructure building to increase the accommodation and equipment requirements for teaching, research and commercial activities of the university. The works include office space, specialist teaching spaces, specialist workshop spaces, laboratory spaces, a wind tunnel. Parts of the building remain occupied throughout the works which requires close coordination with the university.2017 - Macquarie University Biological Sciences BuildingThe new Biological Science PC2 laboraatory and research facility consists of open laboratory space, special purpose rooms, controlled environment rooms and associated administration and plant rooms. Undercroft plant areas, main floor and mezzanine plant level. Administration space including open plan offices, academic offices, break out space and kitchen. Laboratory space including Ante Rooms, Controlled Environment Rooms and PC2 Insectary Area. Landscaping and external works to create an outdoor eating area and link the existing Biological Sciences Building, W19F.2018 - Macquarie University Building E5A Basement RefurbishmentThis project involves the complex demolition and refurbishment of existing laboratory spaces, storage and archiving areas with provision of over 450m2 of new floor area for additional lab facilities. The existing E5A building, is an existing 3 storey building with basement constructed during the 1960/70’s located in the centre of the Maquarie University Campus. The new basement extension and refurbishment is to take place while maintaining the active use of the upper 3 floors, along with nominated labs within the basement area.
