Although I - and my team - have experience helping buyers and sellers in a broad price range, a wide geographic area, and almost type of residential real estate, we pride ourselves in having advanced level experience in some specialty areas, including luxury homes, new construction, waterfront properties (which can be disastrous, if you don't know what you are doing), corporate relocation and golf/tennis communities. With a focus on the details and a commitment to our client's needs and preferences first, I/we are proud to boast a very high level of client satisfaction and repeat clients. On the personal side ... thank you to my wonderful husband, Joe, for being patient and supportive about the long days and sometimes unpredictable hours. There are times when I think he might love this crazy business almost as much as I do! He is also a people person, so In our downtime, we thoroughly enjoy having fun with family and friends. We both have a passion for boating on Lake Norman, golfing, dancing and good food. LOTS of good food. We are both originally from upstate New York in the Binghamton area, where we still have family and friends, whom we like to see as frequently as possible. We have children and four grandchildren locally. Other family and friends are spread all over the U.S. and even some other countries. Life is good!
