CS believes Indigenous Peoples' inherent rights should be recognized and protected, advocating for their preservation and empowerment and the recognition of their cultural contributions to the world.· In this role, I lead and oversee the HR department’s day-to-day employee life cycle operations, including recruiting, onboarding, off-boarding, employee relations, performance, wellness, DEIBA initiatives, and staff professional development.· Workforce planning and forecasting, collaborating with managers and directors to design and advertise employment opportunities, facilitating hiring and onboarding processes.· Execute promotions, transfers, and position changes.· Develop and administer the internal conflict resolution mechanism to enhance employee relations.· Implement performance management processes, including 360-degree feedback and goal setting aligned with the organization's mission and strategic plan.· Facilitate collaboration, inclusivity, and recognition through employee-led working groups ERGs collaborating on different projects and initiatives. · Create personnel policies and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance and inclusivity.· Manage employee relations and workplace investigations.· Create and review employment contracts for staff and external consultants.· Design, launch, and administer a global employee wellness program and benefits.· Design, manage, and administer the global internship program.· Support staff language learning initiatives in Spanish, English, and indigenous languages.· Identify and address staff training needs, designing individual professional development plans and career paths.· Current headcount: 45+ and growing.
