- Budgeting 30+ categories aligned with related parameters (seasonality, market growth, online penetration etc.) and overall company target. Detailed to subcategory and product type level and platform.- Continuously following category budget KPIs and prepare end of month projections for executive team- Purchase approval to control stock and inventory turnover level- Identifying business reporting requirements and creating technical requirements for automated reporting
