Working on a demo (web application) for the research on "Harnessing the Untapped Benefits of Near-Sortedness for Indexes in Data Systems" at the DiSC Lab, a branch of the MiDAS group in the Computer Science Department.

Assisted a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions Project research on combinatorial optimization algorithms for large-scale Internet of Things networks.• Worked on the hash function to advance the algorithm and undertook the testing procedures.• Conducted a literature review on solving combinatorial optimization problems with reinforcement learning algorithms, heuristic algorithms, and dynamic programming.• Optimized predictive networks based on previous data windows to increase efficiency in data transmissions.• Evaluated the effectiveness of the algorithm based on comparisons with the current systems used.
