• Electric Power Steering design and test experience with the manufacturers• Belt-Drive Rack & Pinion system configuration.• Hydraulic Ball & Nut Steering Box system configuration (with HPS or EHPS)• Creating design standard about steering system and sub components• Creating test procedure (accelerated fatigue, durability etc.)• Wheel & tie-rod & Steering Angle Sensor alignment and calibration experience• Logging road data for creating test procedures from the steering• Steering system kinematic analysis and motion with the suspension bump, design or rebound positions• Calculating Ackerman Geometry and defining OBJ, IBJ positions• Steering linkage system design (Steering box, rack&pinion, tie-rod, drag link, principle of ackerman geometry, boundary diagram etc.) • Steering power assistance system line design (electro hydraulic pump, electric power steering) • Designing Steering Column and kinematics (tilt, telescopic, vertical column shaft etc.) • Designing & creating test procedure and analysis of elastomer components with suppliers (rubber bushings, top mount etc.) • Technical drawing experience according to regulations (ECE R79, APTA, FMVSS, CMVSS etc.) • Releasing the 3D designs and drawings of main assemblies at the Teamcenter. • Prototyping to new designs with the technical team at the field• Carrying out product development CAD activities with software of Siemens NX, Teamcenter• Development EHPS software parameters (Steering wheel speed-vehicle speed-pump RPM)• Creation of BOM list in Teamcenter • Preparing documentary of Sign-off signature about steering systems with stakeholders. • Searching patents • The innovative universal double joint has been designed by me and we are planning to request invention patent to EU patent office. • Determining to boundary conditions for FEM-CAE (Finite Element Method) Analysis • Designin test fixtures & conditions. • Creating to Document of DVP, DFMEA, KTP, KDS, sign-off etc.

I have experienced as product design engineer in the automotive industry for OEM and spare parts. I co-designed and lead the projects of powertrain and chassis parts with companies of Ford Otosan, BMC, Hexagon Studio. Tasks; 3D modelling, Designing new products (heavy duty vehicle wheel hub unit, Flange, bearing, Fifth Wheel parts and repair kits, macpherson, double wishbone and semi-trailing arm suspension systems and elastomer bushing components, dust bellows, the stiffness calculations, brackets, anti-siphon kit, wheel chocks etc.), production of prototype parts with 3D printer, patent researching, Design optimization for analysis of finite element method (FEM-CAE), DFMEA, Design of the MTS test fixtures (multi-axial, fatigue tests, CFM setup etc.).

Structure design engineer
