For years, I helped cultivate and maintain fruitful relationships between Zing News and foreign missions and international organizations in Vietnam. I managed the communication platforms associated with the former U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam Ted Osius (public Facebook page, website, email newsletter) to promote his latest memoir, "Nothing Is Impossible," and communicated his past experiences on reconciliation efforts to the public with a tailored content strategy for two different audience groups (Vietnamese and Americans). I helped acquire interviews with Vietnamese media to promote the book, invited book reviewers, and advised on press-related inquiries.
