• Manage parts of projects and conduct testing related to internal audits.• Build relationships and collaborate with process owners to gain an understanding of their operations and underlying internal control environment• Maintain compliance with the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) legislation section 404, preparing, documenting, testing and monitoring conformance• Prepare written documentation on audits and SOX compliance issues• Communicate audit issues and results with management• Facilitate SOX compliance training• Partner with external auditors to gain more efficiencies and improve cost effectiveness• Perform or assist with annual operational audits, as needed

SOX Compliance and Internal Audit:• Carrying out process understanding and control testing for the set of controls and reporting on the effectiveness of the internal controls of the company.• Identifying the potential risks in the processes and suggesting a mitigating control against the same.• Strong Follow up on Implementation of Mutually Agreed Critical Audit Findings that corrective measures are implemented to achieve desired results.• Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors.• Part of Audit Centre of Excellence (ACOE) team-o Stakeholder managemento Participate as ‘Remote Auditor’ in GIA Global Auditso Ensure findings in audit reports are remediated as per management comments or escalate/highlight non-compliance.o Create analytical data on audit reports which is consumed by GIA Head & GMI Controller• FSS Risk and Control-o Responsible for testing operating effectiveness of the FSS process assigned (R2A)o To conduct FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) annually for the process assigned.o To support FSS and GBS India for ad-hoc review. Carry out reviews from policy, accounting and operations risk perspective.o Perform QA on Balance Sheet Reconciliation process• Ad-hoc Projects-o RPA – BOT assessment for different processeso To create ideal documentation to be used as supporting for BSR process
