Presently in charge of setting up sales support office for Topbrands in Barcelona Spain. Topbrands is a leading global trading company in FMCG. Offering A brands stocklots and privat label personal higiene, cosmetics, perfumes and household products. In my previous jobb as general manager for a mid-size distribution organisation Codroper S.coop (FMCG) of personal hygiene, perfumery and drugstore products, I had full budget, financial, commercial, organisational and process responsibility. I run this company for 13 years and have run succesfully various projects in the area of IT, Logistics, Sales and procurement. We reorganised and relocated our logistic activities and centralised the procurement, refocusing the business from a classic distribution organisation, into a modern and lean commercial organisation using sophisticated e-solutions. We applied a continuous improvement philosophy and ERP standards ensuring a constant review of process and organisation with the aim to stay cost effective. I applied the skills obtained working for a international company as European Logistics and Demand manager. As European logistics and demand manager in the specialty chemical industry for automotive leather goods I was involved in many international improvement projects with the aim to achieve the highest operational service levels in the supply chain. To achieve this we used ERP standards, measured (KPI), monitored and improved the performance in the entire order process until the delivery to the customer. My scope included inventory management (FIFO), forecasting, customer service and logistics (warehousing and distribution), PFR and intercompany procurement and the interaction with sales and production planning (Masterschedule and RCCP). In both positions I also was responsible for warehouse management as well as setting up S&OP and Integrated Business management process. My management style is one of involvement, analysing and understanding details of the process and teamwork which are the basis of my decision making process. This way of working has contributed to appreciation from colloquies, co-workers and management.
