In this internship I worked at the research group "Virtual ASIC Foundry" on the following tasks:• Training in mixed-signal integrated circuit design flow using Tanner software and components of the process design kit (PDK).• Test and debugging of the analog and digital standard cells layouts and schematics in the ams c35 PDK.• Correction of standard cell errors and updating the standard cell documentation to reflect the correction.• Presentation of summary of the results of the corrected standard cells.
