I've been continuing my 21-year career as a Senior Visual Communication Designer (working remotely since march 2020). I can say that during career I always feel responsible to produce all the materials used on integrated marketing communications. If I need to summarize my job description (with the scope of current company I'm working for) related to our 3 brands of the company;• Designing and organizing of static, dynamic or wordpress-based company-product web sites, landing pages for events and R&D projects also managing ad campaigns with Google Ads,• Managing all 12 social media accounts of 3 trademarks (visual and video creation, with Turkish and English texts and hashtags) also managing ad campaigns over Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. (manually and also with hootsuite),• Sending newsletters and event announcements with e-mail, reporting results and bounced mails and keeping the database up to date (using hubspot and mailchimp),• Organizing virtual events, seminars and meetings (preparing visual, video, animation, landing page and mailing, gathering contacts (first hubspot, now pipedrive), managing live broadcasts,• Shooting videos and taking photos for our products (with flexible studio, green-box, editing and after effects based compositing, voice-over sync in different languages),• Designing the interface for SCADA integrating it with technical team,• Preparing graphic overlays such as metal labels, switch stickers, indicator labels, in-panel labels for the products,• Designing themes for In-house activities with HR (preparing posters, in-house mailing, spin-card, photography backgrounds for events such as New Year's dinner, brunch, etc., setting up/moderating competition platforms like kahoot),• Custom booth/stand creation for exhibitions, expositions, fairs and similar organizations (with 3D visualization). Production and design of rollups, brochures, pennants, flags, business cards, posters, (all type of printed materials) also photography and video shooting in large organizations, preparation of mini-interviews for social media, even managing on-board creative team for live-feed for social media,• Designing corporate-themed clothes for employees, managers for casual use. (polo shirts/sweat shirts and t-shirts suitable for daily use emphasizing our slogans) also designing uniforms,• Creating mock-ups for interior-exterior signage of office building. I manage all these tasks first on microsoft planner and then on jira platform. In summary, I continue to carry out these digital and conventional works, with pleasure.
