Solutions Consultant
Current• Act as a technical advisor to Sales Teams and customers for Canon Document Solutions and Service offerings• Introduce Canon Managed IT services and assess potential customers to develop projects • Collaborate with marketing to create effective product launch and awareness activities• Leverage knowledge of Canon’s solutions and service capabilities to differentiate Canon’s offerings and increase competitiveness• Conduct needs analysis in order to understand document related business workflows• Perform customer demonstrations and/or presentations• Conduct end-user hardware and software training for Canon Solutions• Participate and pro-actively support customer account reviews with Sales in order to identify and develop further solutions opportunities
