For this purpose, he conducted public relations, social media and project studies for 20 brands from different sectors in three separate departments in İZ İletişim. He won a Felis Award in the Corporate Social Responsibility category in 2018, and an Achievement Award in the Culture-Art category, with the "Siemens Opera Contest" communication works carried out with İZ İletişim and Siemens teams. In addition to the event organization and follow-up of his brands, he realized the production and service of press releases. His leading brand, Istanbul Bilgi University, outpaced all its competitors throughout the year, ranked first in the reach ranking.As the head of the seven-person team, he provided task distribution and coordination. He developed digital and social media strategies, ensured the production of textual and visual content, managed customer relations and crisis processes.He set up his own digital agency with the experience he gained. After a year of adventure, he bought the shares of his partners and changed the name of the company. He is currently working four different business partners and a team of 16 people for 11 different brands since february 2022.
