I don't just write code or build systems. I analyse the competitors and the team I'm on. I find out what my competitors are doing wrong and I help my team, starting with myself, to gain inspiration in these areas and motivate them on where to go to make them more successful in the sector. In the same way, I analyse my competitors' teams and motivate my team to strengthen where they are lacking so that our success rate reaches 100%. I never believe in individual success. I have been result orientated since I was born. If the community I am in is not successful, I attribute it to my own failure. Until the team I am in is successful, I always improve my own efforts and performance. I am satisfied only when we all succeed together. Regardless of all variables, this is my internal and external motivation. I am both an engineer and a business fixer.
