I have had experiences in call centers and customer service that have helped me to develop leadership, management, and communication skills. I graduated high school with an associate degree in general arts and sciences. I proceeded to dedicate two years to voluntary service, where I had the opportunity to lead other volunteers and help individuals in diverse communities. I completed a nine-month internship with Tesla in 2023, where I gained knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including experience with screening and applicant tracking systems. I am seeking out more opportunities to learn the inner workings of large companies. I will work toward a master's degree in human resource management. I want to continue to explore the recruiting and human resources fields.
