The Compliance Manager (CM) is responsible for ensuring Greenleaf adheres to all state regulations under the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program (MMCP) working closely with both Board of Pharmacy (BoP) & Dept. of Commerce (DoC) regulators. CM role is an all-encompassing no fail role that requires a strong responsible leader who is process oriented able to handle great responsibility and leadership in touching all aspects of operations. CM will be a key auditor of METRC, the state’s seed-to-sale software, in strict adherence, compliance, and accurate reporting as designated in internal SOPs and OAC 3796. CM will keep abreast of all real time regulatory developments within the MMCP as well as evolving best practices in compliance control working closely with VP and Regulators.
