-Manage day-to-day operations of Visitor Center that sees 37,000 visitors annually. -Oversee daily hourly tours and handle reservations for private tours for customers and Alltech events. -Supervise 12-15 tour guides; including but not limited to: staff scheduling, task delegation, creating/sustaining happy work environment, training, hiring, and conflict management. -Responsible for Visitor Center's spirits, sample beer kegs, and over 100 merchandise items inventory. -Responsible for customer service issues and customer experience. Our venue is ranked in top ten on TripAdvisor for things to do in Lexington with 183 "excellent" reviews. -Manage payroll and all cash handling for Visitor Center.

-Serve as the face of the Alltech brand, providing information on the company and brewing and distilling processes to visitors.-Speak in front of others on a daily basis and catering presentation form, whether it be more casual or formal, based on read of each group. -Help visitors become comfortable in an unfamiliar environment by giving advice and information on the area and all that it offers.
