Multi Talent Program - Brand Partnerships Specialist Multinet Duration : October – December (3 Months)During my 3-month experience in the Brand Partnerships Department as part of Multinet’s Multi Talent Program, I gained valuable insights and hands-on experience in various areas, including:- Managing Brand Partnerships : Organized and participated in meetings with various companies to identify and develop potential partnerships, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.- MultiPay Banner Sales : Managed the sales of digital banner spaces on the MultiPay platform, contributing to increasing ad revenue through strategic sales efforts.- Sweet Money Campaigns : Played a key role in planning and executing various promotional campaigns through Curly and Parantez apps, driving user engagement and improving campaign performance.This experience allowed me to develop skills in digital marketing, partnership management, and campaign execution, significantly contributing to my professional growth.

During my internship in sales analytics, I had the opportunity to analyze sales data and generate valuable insightsinto customer behavior and performance metrics. I regularly prepared and presented sales performance reports to themanagement team, providing data-driven recommendations for improving sales processes. Additionally, I utilizedmathematical modeling and statistical analysis techniques to create sales forecasts. Throughout the internship, Ieffectively used data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI , E-Wallet, Sales Up and Knime.This experience helped me enhance my problem-solving skills and gain proficiency in effectively presentinganalysis results to senior management.

In this internship, which was carried out within the scope of machining internship, studies on basicmanufacturing subjects such as turning, leveling, milling, welding, planing were carried out. Theproducts were examined by using measurement techniques in the quality control department.
