-Always aiming to increase direct bookings and guest satisfaction.-Welcoming, meeting and making guests feel important when they arrive at the hotel.-Handling guest requests, questions and complaints politely and professionally.-Supervising various front office and housekeeping departments in respect of budgets, asset management, stock / stock rotation; purchasing.-Managing staff and staffing functions for the teams of staff that fall under this role (in conjunction with the HR department). This also includes scheduling staff rosters, performance appraisals and more.-Managing revenue from reservations and helps to set room rates and budget forecasts for the front office and housekeeping departments.-Strategizing on room pricing policies to increase or maximise sales or revenues.-Auditing cash, credit card and other financial tasks carried out in the front office department, as well as working closely with the accounts department on debtors and creditors queries.-Analysing shortfalls in forecasts and financial reports and endeavours to correct them.

-Concierge Services-Increasing the traffic of feedbacks from TripAdvisor, Booking and Expedia etc.-Increasing traffic and contect from Booking.com-Taking request and questions from all OTA's and reply them properly and fast-Increasing customer satisfaction-E-mailing guests regarding the promotions, discounts and special days-Solving issues regarding the rooms or any inconvenience -Checking the arrangements before the guests' check in
