In my current role at a DENTAVEGA, I manage a wide range of responsibilities. As a translator, I facilitate communication between patients and doctors, ensuring accurate interpretation of medical terms in both German and English, particularly during implant treatments. Additionally, I oversee the clinic’s social media accounts, developing content strategies, running promotional and informational campaigns, and engaging with the target audience to enhance the clinic’s online presence.As an executive assistant, I provide daily operational support to the clinic’s management, organize meetings, handle email and phone communications, and manage schedules and reporting. In my basic accounting duties, I record daily financial transactions, issue invoices and receipts, track payments, and coordinate with the accounting team to support the clinic’s financial processes. Lastly, I manage front desk operations by welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, handling patient registration, and managing phone traffic, all while ensuring a positive patient experience.
