• Establishing the Compliance Team and Compliance Management System in Yemeksepeti, Yemeksepeti Market, Delivery Hero Tech Hub and othe projects under Yemeksepeti.
• Adjusting the Compliance Program to local requirements in close alignment with Central Compliance Team, and ensure that all local regulatory and other relevant compliance obligations are defined, identified, documented.
• Advising local management and business / operation teams on various compliance topics.
• Rolling out of global and local policies in the local entity (together with local management) on behalf of Central Compliance and according to its guidance. Creating the local policies accordingly the need of business.
• Ensuring that employee´s behaviors and compliance efforts are consistent with central and local ethical and legal standards.
• Identifying potential local areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/ implement corrective action plans to resolve problematic issues and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar.

• Compliance and Business Continuity
• Following the legislation related to Compliance Management and other responsibilities, actively take part in the coordination of legislative harmonization and project management studies with related departments.
• Providing support to departments for developing their action plans to comply with the AXA Group Standards.
• Taking part in projects within the scope of Business Continuity and Crisis Management, ensuring that the Business Continuity and Crisis Management documents are updated and actively taking part in the process of.
• Taking part in projects within the scope of Data Protection, taking an active role in the creation of data protection awareness throughout the company.
• Communicating with related persons and units abroad to prepare periodical reports.

• Reporting and giving full support to the Senior Manager of Law Services
• Following up legal processes, conduct research and draft memos into a variety of legal topics, draft - review - archieve all contracts.
• Fulfilling company secretary duties
• Regularly monitor new legislation affecting the business and inform related parties.
• Work in close collaboration with outside counsels to monitor and follow up litigations.
• Prepare monthly litigation and finance reports both to local & global teams.

• Reporting and giving full support to the Head of Legal & Compliance
• Following up legal processes, conduct research and draft memos into a variety of legal topics.
• Drafting - reviewing - archieving all contracts.
• Fulfilling company secretary duties
• Regularly monitoring new legislation affecting the business and inform related parties
