* Ensuring the establishment of the most efficient and functional in-house creative and project team for brands, supporting the recruitment processes & leading the team to work in close contact with the brand marketing managers.* Developing marketing communication and campaign assets for agency clients with an in-house creative team.* Assuming overall control over the account management and creative team, establishing and enforcing best practices, and promoting ongoing project management excellence. Review of the processes proactively that could reduce timing and cost inefficiencies.* Management of high-value, key projects, creating robust plans and budgets, working with other project team members to execute delivery.
