* Ensuring the establishment of the most efficient and functional in-house creative and project team for brands, supporting the recruitment processes & leading the team to work in close contact with the brand marketing managers.* Developing marketing communication and campaign assets for agency clients with an in-house creative team.* Assuming overall control over the account management and creative team, establishing and enforcing best practices, and promoting ongoing project management excellence. Review of the processes proactively that could reduce timing and cost inefficiencies.* Management of high-value, key projects, creating robust plans and budgets, working with other project team members to execute delivery. Plus, monitoring all management progress, to be a point of escalation for the creative and project teams and remove obstacles before they impact any deliveries.* Effectively monitoring of strategies to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.* Ensuring the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material), coordinating creative part of the marketing projects from start to finish.* ATL, BTL, digital, social media and influencer marketing project coordination, collaboration with 3rd parties and management of all advertising production processes with team.* Keeping up with the most recent marketing and advertising trends.* To submit weekly and monthly reports to the agency CEO and the Marketing Director of the client.* Clients at Oliver that I have so far worked with include QNB Finansbank, Rossman, Bayer, Vitra, MediaMarkt and PepsiCo.
