• Cooperate with designers to create clean interfaces and Taking an active role in managing all HR processes (recruitment, career management, organizational development, training, talent management, employee relations) of the Department I am responsible for,• Supporting subordinate managers and talent acquisition team in the White Collar recruitment process,• Carrying out end-to-end recruitment processes for Blue and Gray Collar positions (searching, long list, short list and interview)• Updating organizational charts, preparing and updating job descriptions by conducting job analyzes for new tasks,• Carrying out the white collar performance evaluation process and the blue collar performance evaluation process end to end, (Calibration meetings, sharing of letter grades, tracking of performance report cards, tracking and reporting of the employee E-D performance warning/warning process)• To follow trial periods and contract periods periodically throughout the year and take necessary actions,• Dealing with complaints about employees, carrying out employee warning/warning and disciplinary processes,• Carrying out end-to-end transactions regarding employees' retirement, leave, social benefits, promotion, rotation and similar processes,• Budget (Headcount & Overtime) of the factory I am responsible for and planning the Revised Budget.• Following up and to update the job descriptions and organization charts regarding with the company roles.
