Revenue target forecasting and achieving goals. Creating best practices and case studies internally or externally with advertisers. Developing vital strategy for Key and Industry Accounts. Training and mentoring Sales Account Managers for quota achievements. Working coordinately with Technology and Product development departments at the process of generating new advertising models.

Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for a portfolio of customers by ensuring that the service which is being provided meets contract requirements and quality standards of the company. Responsible for providing and analyzing management information and creation and implementation of solutions to the complex problems. Responsible for account management and satisfaction of key customers/ publishers and monitoring the day-to-day activity of these key accounts Planning and executing regular customers/publishers visits Ensuring customer/publisher is proactively contacted on a regular basis Managing business projects from initiation through implementation and provide post implementation support
