I am currently dealing with product registration process in EEMEA cluster. Based on the all upcoming initiatives and restages of current products, CPS and SOS plans are handled by GILs and I complete all required steps in terms of the registration in each country for catching deadlines and timeframes. EC 1223/2009 and GSO 1943/2021 are main regulations for our product categories and all formulations and artworks must be in lined with those guidelines. Therefore, I manage all document and artwork process internally.To establish corrective and preventive actions, SOPs/ CAPA, corrective action plans for QI are handled by myself.All required regulations and legislations are checked to catch up to latest developments.

I mostly handled biocidal and detergent registration in Turkey.I have prepared technical dossiers of detergent products and license documents of biocidal products.I have checked all artworks according to CLP Regulation as all artworks must be in lined with the CLP and relevant regulations based on the product type.I have measured risk assessment and prepared SDS for finished goods for the ADR.I have created trackers for our internal controls and checked relevant legislations for catching up to updated information.I have created SOPs for the labeling and formulas based on the required instructions.

I mostly work on regulatory affairs to registrate existent and new developed products for cosmetic,detergent and biocidal. I prepare Technical documents to notificate our products and to get some logos for the labelling related with the relevant legislation in accordance to customer demands. All certification procedure related with the finished products are prepared by my department.
