Mainline is North America’s largest IBM business partner. My primary responsibilities include pre sales engineering of IBM Power systems, AIX and IBM storage. VMware, x86 solutions, Block and File level SAN solutions, SAN replication, Real-Time backup and recovery, SAN Fabric design and Disaster Recovery solutions are other technologies that I advise, design and consult on. I manage customer accounts and often will perform the actual services as requested by my customers. Working closely with account executives we visit and inform our customers of matched technologies that improve and enhance their current IT strategy by being intimately familiar with datacenters and staff. The paramount focus of my role is to be a trusted adviser, technology expert and to develop and maintain deep relationships with our customers.

My responsibilities include the development and improvement of operational policies and procedures, providing leadership to the engineering team, quality assurance of our customer's experience and technical contributions to engineering and sales engineering. My team is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and improving our production systems that service our customers and internal IT needs.

As the Lead LAN Administrator my responsibilities included VMware infrastructure design and administration, Terminal Services administration, Active Directory/Group Policy administration and maintaining all of the x86 hardware platforms. As the Emerging Technology Senior Systems Analyst my responsibilities included Web development in PHP with MySQL databases, PERL development, administration of our centralized backup system TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager) and I was in charge of administering Exchange Servers, Blackberry Severs, McAfee Enterprise Anti-Virus Servers, Dansguardian Proxy Servers as well as maintaining our managed ethernet switches. Other tasks I was challenged with were developing promotional videos for presentations and promotions as well as designing graphics for printed materials.
