As Application Lead at Gartner, I have been responsible for leading the architecture and engineering of business intelligence solutions against our data warehouse for our various groups within Gartner. These deliverables include requirements gathering, tool selection, technical POCs, back-end database work, front-end mock-ups, BI development and resource planning and timelines.Recent efforts have been focused on giving the sales organization the tools it needs to drive retention and growth. This is achieved by offering account executives and their managers insight into client behavior. Dashboards alert us with red flags for low engagement or low service consumption rates. Similar tools display prospects suited to conversion based on their activity at scheduled events around the world as well as sales pipeline information.

Part of the team that implemented the first data warehouse at Gartner. Experience here spanned the life cycle of a data warehouse. Starting with several lengthy source system/SME interviews and requirements gathering sessions which led to building proof of concepts and preliminary data extracts for data modeling. This led to BI server setup and report development.When our implementation of the data warehouse was complete and the contract concluded, was asked to join as a Gartner associate to continue to evolve the BI landscape.
