I started my career at Hamburg Sud, leader in Brazil and 7th largest container shipping company in the world. Acquiring experience in documentation export cargoes and performing tasks like draft BL reception (INTTRA system), Bill of Ladings issuance, shipment confirmation, cargo manifest, endorsement and customs registration on Brazilian Customs & Port Authorities (Marinha Mercante and Receita Federal), I developed enough experience to lead the post-boarding team for 3 years, responsible for 30 weekly berth windows on 6 ports in the South Region of Brazil (Paranagua, Itapoa, Navegantes, Itajaí, Imbituba, Rio Grande). After this great experience of leadership, I joined the Cargo Readiness team, a strategic department responsible for vessel controlling and allocation performance, working with areas like Product Management and Sales Department to do properly vessel utilization follow up.In Customer Order Management department focused on continuous improvement and well-recommended by the board, I had the opportunity to implement a restructuring and repositioning project with aim of recreating job descriptions. Something that would make the Individual Development Plan, of each collaborator, much easier and oriented. When Hamburg Sud, already a Maersk company, decided to closed activities in Itajaí and was centralized in São Paulo, I received the important invitation of being transfer to the new office in Santos City. There, I become part of Documentation Care creation and implementation team, which would be a Customer Care support on specific issues and services.After almost 10 years, I became Freight Forwarder as Pricing Specialist, participating in several negotiations for competitive rates and space availability with shipping lines. I was promoted to Trade Lane Development department, in charge of Overseas relationships with focus on India, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa Market.Nowadays, I’m responsible to start and develop global partnerships, creating customer bounds, connections and reliable networks through the whole world, offering solutions for all the steps in the supply chain, international and national transport by Air, Road and Sea.
