As curious architects we help clients develop briefs through agile early design work to fully explore the opportunities of a project. We like quick wins through smart design, building value through incremental projects, long term sustainability through embedded user control and people's enthusiasm for a place. The trustees will continue to promote the use of slack space in the city for neighbourhood projects built on face to face connections outside the normal context of work and home. These spaces of informal encounter create new local energy with newcomers hosted much as the travellers stopping at Caravanserais, the old trading inns, of the Silk Road.
