This is a challenge position that I decided to take. Producer of this team required technical knowledge about the Cloud Computing, Payment, Application development, Carrier billing system. After a month of hard learning, I can manage the team smoothly until now.

After many years working in technical aspect, I switched to management direction, to be a Game Producer.Thanks Gameloft for giving me a lot of training to improve my soft skills, management skill. I had a chance to work in many teams (W8/WP8 Publishing, Android Publishing, Ecomerce Application). I learned a lot of thing during this period.

After very long time working on RnD, due to many reasons team had to turn to a production team. We picked W8/WP8 as the main platform for the team, at that moment, we have lot of attractive contracts from Nokia, Microsoft to grow up the W8/WP8 store. We publisted many famous Gameloft Titles including Asphalts, Modern Combat, Heroes of Order and Chaos, Despicable me etc.We successfully linked the Cloud system of Gameloft with Microsoft Xbox Ecosystem (Xbox Cloud) including login credentials, leaderboard, achievements, payments.

Leading mobile R&D team of Gameloft, researching for new technology, new Mobile platforms.We had to master many strange programming languages. developing games and application from scratch with limited help from partners (Nokia, Samsung, Microsoft): OpenGL, XNA, C# mobile, BADA, WipiC etc.We're one of the first people who working on the newest features of mobile at that moment: Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Near field communication (NFC), proximity sensor, Argumented Reality.

Supervising the nobile R&D team of Gameloft Vietnam. Learning new technology, porting games from IOS to other new platforms.
