Responsible for the investigation of physical security issues, dishonesty in the workplace, internal and external theft and refund fraud activity. Currently responsible for 8 Critical and High Risk stores, with 28 Investigators, including specialists in organised retail crime investigators. All these Stores are situated in and around Central London. Also, overseeing operational controls with the emphasis on putting in place corrective measures to reduce loss.

Responsible for all aspects of internal loss investigation, training of staff around theft prevention. Liase with Management teams and prepare solutions to reduce such loss

Intially responsible for planning and implimenting public safety controls at major music and entertainment venues. This then developed into Risk Assessing and managing media personalities close protection. Implimented the first 'fan mail management' system which is now been adopted by most music industry promoters. Other responsibilities included liasing with external agencies, route planning, secure transport planning and implimentation.
