In 1985 I set up Progressive Partnership to pursue and develop my interest and expertise in the management of market research projects. My high standards of excellence and management skills in finance, HR, and internal and external operations have helped to position the company as one of Scotland's leading agencies, with a team ethos imbued with collaborative working ethics. Progressive has moved with the industry as it has changed, adapting to the increasingly competitive environment with clever research solutions and aided by the necessary resources and support frameworks. I successfully set up the first viewing facility in Glasgow in 1991, adding a further three Scottish facilities as demand increased. Over the years demand for facilities has fallen and Progressive currently has one viewing facility in Glasgow - Progressive View on Scotland. Further achievements include setting up the fastest and most representative omnibus study in Scotland, Progressive Scottish Opinion.Full member of the Market Research Society (MRS), and have continuously been involved with the Society's efforts to maintain professional standards and interviewing quality within the industry. Carole is known for her breadth of vision, abilities to positively influence people and the ways in which she overcomes obstacles.Problem solving and excellent communication are intrinsic facets of my job. I am an expert at getting resources in place; respect deadlines and am rigorous in my approach.
